Too busy
I'm sorry to have kept everyone waiting.
My father collapsed last year and passed away on February 1st of this year.
There was no wake, and my mother and I had the body cremated at a crematorium run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
The reason we chose a crematorium a little away from home is because my father didn't leave me any inheritance, so we wanted to spend as little money as possible and the one run by the city would offer cremation for about half the price.
When my father was alive, he lived his life as he pleased and caused a lot of trouble, especially to my mother.
I wasn't angry at myself because I was just hanging around without a permanent job and I didn't study seriously, but I really disliked him for the way he treated my mother.
Still, I felt lonely while waiting for my mother to be cremated in the cafe at Rinkai Funeral Hall.
My family went from having just my father, mother, and myself to just me and my mother, who is over 70, and I felt lonely and realized I was becoming weaker.
He was infected with coronavirus on December 25th of last year.
I had the flu twice in 2022, but the day after the cremation I got sick with it and it left me physically and mentally exhausted.
It's a tough time at work as many people have left, but I don't have time to rest.
With the emergence of chat GPT, the time has come for our work to change.
With AI in everything from programming to design, planning, and marketing, I think humans will be able to just make choices. I think we are moving away from an era of creating and toward an era of choosing the right things.
I think if you can't make tasteful selections in many ways, you won't be able to eat.
Lately the only music I've been listening to is Suzuki Mikiko's.
I want to see a live show, I want to go sometime this year
Ryuichi Sakamoto also passed away.
I feel sad that people who lived in the same era as me are disappearing.
I update this blog once a year, but I've been so busy that I only managed to update it in February.
Actually, I tested positive for coronavirus and was recuperating at home for about 10 days.
At first, I felt something strange in my throat, then I started to get chills and wondered if I had a cold, but since this is the time of year when omicrons are exploding, I bought an antibody test kit on the way home and took a test, which came back negative, so I was relieved, but the next day I still wasn't feeling better so I went to the hospital, and since I already had a fever, I was quarantined and asked if I wanted to try a PCR test, which came back positive.
It's been 10 days now and I only have a slight cough, but the hospital that referred me to the public health center said that according to national policy, it's OK to go out even if you have a cough after 10 days, and that if you've tested positive once, you will continue to test positive for a while even after 10 days, so I'm worried and don't feel like going out with other people.
Looking back on 2021, it feels like we've been dominated by the coronavirus all along.
The company has grown in size and now has seven employees, but work is becoming less available and I'm starting to get anxious.
It looks like 2022 is the year we'll be in trouble if we don't get into a position to go out and get work.
So, thank you for your continued support this year!!!
Good things in 2021

Long time no see.
It's 2021.
This domain has been left abandoned for a long time, so I doubt anyone is blogging about it these days.
Recently, I'd say note, twitter, and insta.
No one will probably read them, but there used to be a lot of blogs like this on the Internet, and even though I don't know who wrote them, I used to read them regularly.
2020 was a tough year due to the coronavirus. My company was working remotely and my friends' companies were having a hard time. My job is online, so the increase in non-face-to-face services has actually made me a little busier, but I don't know what 2021 will be like.
The number of infected people exceeded 1,000 on New Year's Eve, and if another state of emergency is declared, it will likely cause significant damage to the service industry and other sectors, which is a cause for concern.
Let's survive somehow
Then we'd all like to get together and have some fun again.
